Aimee Walsh recently commenced her doctoral degree at the UQ Business School after completing a Master of Advanced Business. During her Masters degree Aimee was involved in several research projects and placed on the Dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement. Aimee plans to conduct research within Brisbane incubator spaces to develop an understanding of the processes that emerging entrepreneurs use to learn. Aimee captures information on the nascent entrepreneurship process that will inform future training and development to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to assist in early venture development. Aimee previously worked as a marketing and communications professional for ten years within private and public industry sectors including transport, freight and logistics, health, education, advertising and media.
