Researcher biography

Dr Anna Jenkins’ research focuses on how entrepreneurs navigate the process of starting, managing and exiting their firms. Taking a social psychology perspective, she focuses on learning, decision making, stress and motivation throughout the entrepreneurship process. Anna has expertise in research design, the psychology of entrepreneurship and delivering tailored courses in entrepreneurial mindset development and corporate innovation.

Anna is frequently invited to speak on learning from failure and the startup process. Her work has been published in the leading entrepreneurship and management journals, trade journals, magazines and newspapers.
