Spencer (Yumeng) Tong has worked in AIBE since 2018 and is currently working on two projects.

First, the CRC Northern Australia, for which Spencer is assisting in analysing import, export and production data of the fruit industry in Australia. Spencer is experienced in conducting trend analysis and visualising data with a variety of software, such as MS Excel, Tableau and RStudio.

Second, the Large Renewable Project, in which Spencer has been involved in measuring the economic, social and ecological impact of UQ’s forthcoming 100% renewable energy supply - The Warwick Solar Farm. The final outcome of the project will include a systematic literature review of renewable energy supply, which will link further analysis and research utilising multi-regional model with Queensland Input-Output Data.
