Emma Earl is a research development professional who is passionate about using facilitation and communication processes to make good ideas happen. She was previously the senior Research Partnerships Manager for UQ’s Institute for Social Science Research (ISSR) where she contributed to its significant growth from 2013-2021. Prior to joining UQ, she worked in government policy development and program management—she applies her experience as a research end-user to make engaging with the university sector accessible and rewarding.
